The maximum price applies to the confirmed file level, transaction details, deadline, property information, and scope accepted in writing. The accepted quote can include RealEstateExpt document preparation, participating lawyer/law-firm legal fee under the lawyer/law-firm retainer, applicable HST, routine legal office charges, standard disbursements, Client Hub access, secure upload support, deadline tracking, and lawyer handoff support.

No surprise workIf extra work is required, RealEstateExpt explains the reason and sends a revised written quote before additional paid work continues.
