View clear bullet-point detailsWebsite use
This website is for real-estate support intake, document organization, checklists, status tracking, quote requests, payment-status workflow, language-support copies, law-firm support workflows, and matter coordination.
Support-service scope
RealEstateExpt provides administrative support, intake processing, document organization, missing-item tracking, secure-upload routing, deadline support, client-hub workflow support, language-support reading copies, and lawyer-ready handoff summaries. RealEstateExpt does not itself provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, trust-money handling, property registration, title opinions, or final closing services.
Participating lawyer services
Where a package includes participating lawyer services, those legal services are provided by a participating licensed lawyer or law firm under that lawyer/law-firm retainer and professional obligations. RealEstateExpt may coordinate the file and prepare the document package, but the participating lawyer/law firm remains responsible for legal advice, legal review, title review, signing, registration, trust funds, and closing steps where applicable.
Quotes and payment
Creating an account, submitting initial intake, and quote review may be free unless the written quote or support agreement states otherwise. Payment is due only after the client or firm accepts the written quote, support terms, or payment instructions. A file becomes active only after the required activation payment, invoice payment, or approved billing arrangement is completed.
Scope changes and extra charges
If property details, lender requirements, closing date, title issues, parties, urgency, file volume, missing documents, or support requirements change, RealEstateExpt may issue an updated quote or request approval for additional work. No additional paid work continues without written approval.
Cancellation and refunds
Refunds and cancellations depend on the written quote, support agreement, work already performed, participating-lawyer retainer terms, payment processor rules, and applicable professional obligations. Quote review and account creation do not guarantee acceptance of a file.
Client and firm responsibilities
Clients and firms are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing all summaries, checking deadlines, responding to missing-item requests, uploading documents through approved secure methods, and obtaining professional legal, tax, mortgage, title, insurance, or other advice where required.
No guarantee of outcome
RealEstateExpt helps organize information and workflows, but does not guarantee a closing outcome, lender approval, title result, legal opinion, tax treatment, registration result, closing date, or professional decision by a participating lawyer, lender, broker, insurer, registry, government office, or third party.
