Your file moves through a clear sequence so you know when account access, documents, quote, payment, and lawyer review happen.

  1. Free account created.You receive a request ID and can access the Client Hub preview.
  2. Intake submitted.You provide property details, transaction type, closing date, parties, language support needs, and document status.
  3. Documents uploaded.You upload what you have now. Missing items are tracked and requested.
  4. Written quote issued.The file is classified as Standard, Complex, or Priority Protection before payment is requested.
  5. Quote accepted and payment completed.The file becomes active after the required payment step is completed.
  6. Lawyer review, signing, and closing.A participating licensed lawyer/law firm handles legal review, advice, signing, registration, and closing steps under the legal retainer.
