What “in-person intake” means
It is not just a visit. It is a full hands-on intake completion service.
The goal is to take the time-consuming intake burden away from the agent and the client. We meet the client, collect what is needed, fill the intake, list missing items, help with upload direction, arrange document pickup/drop-off support where needed, and prepare a clean next-step summary.
We complete the intake for them
Names, contact details, transaction type, property details, closing date, parties, lawyer/lender/agent information, and client questions.
We organize documents and pickups
We list available documents, missing items, upload needs, Dropbox steps, and document pickup/drop-off support within the scheduled service area.
We follow through until intake is complete
Revisits and additional time for the same accepted intake file are included, so the client is not abandoned halfway through the process.
