We meet the client, collect the details, organize the documents, and complete the intake for them.

This is a hands-on, white-glove intake service for clients who do not use computers, struggle with online forms, cannot upload documents, or need language support. RealEstateExpt can attend in person, complete the intake, organize the document-start list, explain next steps, coordinate large-file Dropbox upload, and prepare the file for agent, lawyer, lender, or support-desk handoff.
